Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across snehakarma.org. Accessibility is part of how we build and review the site, not an afterthought. We want donors, volunteers, partners and the people we serve to be able to find information, give, apply and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
What we have done
We use semantic HTML and landmark regions, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus styles, alternative text for meaningful images, colour combinations checked for contrast, resizable text, and reduced-motion support. Legal pages use a structured table of contents and collapsible groups that work with a keyboard and screen reader.
Known limitations
Some content and features are provided by third parties and may not fully meet our standards, including embedded maps, payment forms and some older documents. We are reviewing these and will provide an accessible alternative on request. If you meet a barrier, please tell us so we can help and fix it.

We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to provide the information in an alternative format (for example, large print, plain text or a phone call) while we address the issue.
