Our Journey2023-04-30T15:03:08+00:00

Think about us as a Startup of the Non-Profit World. We were setup in the USA as a Non-Profit in July 2015 and we got our ‘Trust’ certificate in India in Oct 2017 but our Journey started much earlier.

Looking back – As you can tell from the list of milestones / accomplishments below, Our Journey to-date has been more about setting Sneha Karma Foundation with the right program structure and ensuring that we are making a difference in the programs that we rollout and the girls that we enroll in the program. Along the way, we have identified what works and what needs tweaking so that we can achieve the results we are looking for. Having learnt from our successes as well as our mistakes, we are now set to take Sneha Karma Foundation to the next level.

Looking ahead – We see 2018 to be all about capacity building, rolling out our programs at a larger scale at the current program site. We also looking to roll out our programs to a new program site in 2018 as a stretch goal. We are very cautious about rolling out our programs, enrolling more girls in the program or increasing the number of program sites because we want to ensure that we are truly able to make an impact in where-ever we are investing the hard-earned money of our donors and the time of our volunteers.
