About Sneha Karma Foundation
Sneha Karma Foundation is a USA registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in California, with a Section 8 company registration in India. It was founded by someone who wanted to give back but kept finding that very little of a donation reached the people who needed it most.
Operating costs are capped at 10%, and a founding member covers a share of them. At least 90% of every gift, after payment-processing fees, goes to the girls and women we serve. Our work spans girls’ education, women’s livelihood, and social change — built around listening to what families and communities actually need.

Fundraising Manager — Roles & Responsibilities
Run fundraising campaigns for our service programs (Support-A-Girl, Skills Development and Social Enterprise), turning supporters into fundraisers.
What you will do
- Create fundraising campaign pages on our website.
- Set up and run campaigns on our target platforms.
- Set goals, timelines and outreach plans.
- Support individual fundraisers and answer their questions.
- Track donations and report on each campaign.
