Our Programs
Our programs are the concrete work behind our three focus areas — the vehicles that turn belief, opportunity and skill into a changed life.
Everything we do runs through three focus areas. Social Change changes what a family believes about its daughters. Girls Support keeps a girl in school and carries her on to college. Women's Empowerment turns her education into a skill, a job and a dignified income.

Our Focus Areas
Social Change
We change how families and communities see girls — because belief comes before everything.
Before a girl can learn or earn, someone has to believe she is worth it. This is where the chain of change begins.
Community Education
Village camps with parents, elders and teachers on why educating a daughter changes a family, the cost of child marriage and a girl’s rights under the law.
Community Wellbeing
Medical and dental camps for whole families, women’s health sessions, nutrition screening, hygiene support and referrals followed through to treatment.

Girls Support
Keeping a girl in school — safe, healthy and learning — and carrying her all the way to college.
Once a family believes in their daughter’s future, she needs a real chance to build it. Two programs carry this focus area.
Support-A-Girl
Keeps her in school and safe — covering tuition, uniforms, books and a nourishing meal, paired with mentors who work with her family when pressure builds to withdraw her early.
Scholarship
Carrying a girl beyond school into higher education — with the mentoring and coaching she needs to succeed.

Education opens the door; a livelihood is what she walks through. Three programs remove the barriers between a trained woman and a real income.
Skills Development
Turns education into employability — vocational training, computer literacy and apprenticeships matched to what employers actually need.
Support-A-Artisan
Small, fair loans that let women artisans buy materials, build stock and grow a livelihood of their own.
Artisans Direct
Gives trained women artisans a dignified livelihood through handloom and craft — and its earnings help fund the mission itself.
