About Sneha Karma Foundation
Sneha Karma Foundation is a USA registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in California, with a Section 8 company registration in India. It was founded by someone who wanted to give back but kept finding that very little of a donation reached the people who needed it most.
Operating costs are capped at 10%, and a founding member covers a share of them. At least 90% of every gift, after payment-processing fees, goes to the girls and women we serve. Our work spans girls’ education, women’s livelihood, and social change — built around listening to what families and communities actually need.

CSR Program Manager — Roles & Responsibilities
Build corporate partnerships: research companies with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and help us secure funding and in-kind support.
What you will do
- Research corporations and record them in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Understand each company’s CSR focus and application process.
- Reach out to companies and build relationships.
- Prepare proposals that match their priorities to our programs.
- Track conversations, applications and outcomes.
