About Sneha Karma Foundation
Sneha Karma Foundation is a USA registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in California, with a Section 8 company registration in India. It was founded by someone who wanted to give back but kept finding that very little of a donation reached the people who needed it most.
Operating costs are capped at 10%, and a founding member covers a share of them. At least 90% of every gift, after payment-processing fees, goes to the girls and women we serve. Our work spans girls’ education, women’s livelihood, and social change — built around listening to what families and communities actually need.

Product Manager (ArtisansDirect) — Roles & Responsibilities
ArtisansDirect By SKF is a non-profit e-commerce initiative giving under-privileged artisans across India a free platform to sell their products online. Research Analysts and Product Managers help us find the right artisans and keep the store running well.
About the role
Once the first version of the digital catalog is ready for an artisan, our Product Manager volunteers maintain the ongoing relationship and keep the online store current.
What you will do
- Maintain ongoing relationships with artisans and NGO partners.
- Work with artisans and NGOs to identify the products that will be available on the online store.
- Collect product details and publish each product on the online store.
- Work with artisans and NGOs to fulfill orders and communicate with customers to ensure a good experience.
