What Your Team Will Need
Project proposal with scope, budget and outcomes; a draft MoU with deliverables and reporting dates; and our registration documents for your due diligence file.
On delivery we provide utilisation certificates against the agreed budget, periodic narrative and financial reports, and support for CSR-2 disclosures and impact assessment where required.
Process
From Board Note to Delivery
We begin with your CSR focus and budget. Within two weeks we share a project note and budget, then agree the MoU, reporting calendar and project lead.
Disbursement follows the agreed schedule. Reporting is quarterly unless your policy requires otherwise.
Compliance
Registrations and Disclosures
Company registrations, India compliance position and tax status are documented on our due diligence page. CSR-1 and related filings are shared in the form your team requires.
India 80G and FCRA information is available on request. We do not accept foreign contributions into the Indian entity.
