Partner With Us
Grant Makers
Foundations, trusts and philanthropic funds that want a defined program, a real budget and reliable reporting.
Who We Work With
Foundations and Trusts
We work with family foundations, corporate foundations, community foundations and international trusts that fund education, livelihoods or child protection in India.
A grant can support a full cohort, a single stage of a program, or a multi-year commitment. We will scope it with you rather than fit your priorities into a template.
What You Can Fund
Programs With Defined Budgets
Each program has a published scope, unit costs and measurable outcomes, so a grant can be sized from a pilot to a full cohort.
Projects are grouped by focus area: Girls Education, Women Empowerment and Social Change. Every project has a stage, a region and an outcome set.
Fund a project
Choose a defined project, cohort size and duration.
Fund a stage
Underwrite one stage of a program, such as identification or transition.
Multi-year
Commit across two to three years with an annual review.
How a Proposal Works
From First Conversation to Agreement
From first call to final report, five steps. Most grants follow this path, and we will tell you where you are at any point.
First conversation
Thirty minutes with our team. We ask about your focus, geography, budget and the reporting your board expects.
Concept note
Within one week: a two-page note with scope, budget and outcomes, sized to what you can fund.
Full proposal
A line-item budget, monitoring plan, safeguarding statement and timeline, plus the documents your team needs.
Decision
Typically three to nine months. We answer questions throughout and keep your contact updated.
Grant and reporting
A signed agreement, termly narrative reports, an annual financial report and a named contact for the grant.
What You Receive
Reporting and Stewardship
A grant agreement setting out deliverables, budget and reporting dates. Termly narrative reports with participation and outcome data, and an annual financial report.
Named contact for the grant, a site visit where feasible, and acknowledgement in our annual report unless you prefer anonymity.
Compliance
Documents You Will Need
Organization and legal structure, registrations and tax status, governance, audited accounts and program documentation are set out on our due diligence page.
We share documents on written request with a stated purpose. India 80G and FCRA information is available on request.
