About Us
A Community of Supporters
We are proud of the work we do, but we are even more proud of the people who make it possible. Behind every Sneha Karma Foundation program is a widening circle of supporters: donors who give what they have, volunteers who give their time and skills, and companies, foundations and ambassadors who carry our mission forward. Each one is a reason a girl receives an education, learns a skill, or gains a fair chance at a future of her own.
Our supporters are parents, professionals, students, small businesses and global organizations who share a simple belief: kindness, invested well, changes lives. Whether someone gives a small monthly gift, mentors a student, equips a classroom, or introduces our work to a new city, that act becomes part of a larger story of girls in India rising with dignity and self-reliance.
This page is our way of saying thank you - and of introducing you to the community behind this mission. Explore below to meet individual supporters and donors, our volunteers, the affiliates and partners who power our work, the awards that recogniz our efforts, and the ambassadors who champion our cause.
Our volunteers are the heartbeat of Sneha Karma Foundation. They are students, professionals, parents and retirees who give their time, energy and skills to make our programs run smoothly, mentoring girls, organizing events, translating documents and supporting our teams in India and abroad. Many join for a single project and stay for years, becoming lifelong friends of the mission. Every hour they give is an hour a girl can spend learning or growing in confidence. We are honoured by their selflessness and try to match their dedication with the care and gratitude they deserve.
Ambassadors are community champions who believe that change is contagious. They speak about our work in schools, offices and social circles, host fundraisers, share our stories and open doors we could never reach on our own. They lend their voice, their network and their credibility so more people can discover the difference a girl's education makes. Being an ambassador is about more than spreading the word; it is about building a movement of compassion that grows one conversation at a time. We are deeply grateful to everyone who represents Sneha Karma Foundation with such warmth and commitment.

Individual Supporters
Individual supporters and donors are the foundation of everything we do. These are people who read about a girl's journey, felt a pull in their hearts, and chose to act, giving their own hard-earned money so that a child they may never meet can go to school, learn a skill and build a future of her own. Their generosity is quiet, trusting and incredibly powerful. It funds classrooms, uniforms, mentors and meals and keeps our promise that 100% of every dollar reaches the girls. We carry their kindness with us every day and work hard to be worthy of the trust they place in us.

Affiliates & Partners
Our affiliates and partners are companies, foundations and programs that believe social change is a shared responsibility. They support Sneha Karma Foundation with technology, funding, services and expertise, often at no cost, so we can focus our resources on the girls themselves. From software that keeps our team connected to grants that fund classrooms, every contribution multiplies our reach. They are more than donors; they are collaborators who work alongside us, challenge us to improve and celebrate our successes as their own. We are proud to stand with them.
Our public profiles let donors, funders and volunteers check our work independently. Candid, Charity Navigator and GreatNonprofits each show something different — financial data, accountability and first-hand reviews.
Every program at Sneha Karma Foundation is guided by a board of directors who keep our mission honest and our house in order. Our board members are accomplished business and technology leaders who serve as volunteers, giving their time to the same cause we ask our supporters to give to.
Together they set our strategic direction, oversee our finances and safeguard the transparency and accountability that define us. They come from Silicon Valley and San Francisco, and they give their expertise to girls they will never meet.
We are honoured to introduce the leaders who steer Sneha Karma Foundation.
